大禹嶺高山茶產自台灣最高海拔茶區之一（2,300–2,600 公尺），位於花蓮、南投與台中交界，氣候冷涼、雲霧繚繞。春季手工採摘一心二葉，茶樹生長緩慢、內含物質豐富，製成茶葉香氣高雅，喉韻綿長。此茶被譽為「高山茶中的極品」，茶湯如山泉般清透飽滿，入口即展現冷冽礦物氣息與果膠厚實的層次口感，收藏與品飲價值極高。

香氣： 冷杉木香、野花蜜、成熟果香
口感： 飽滿滑順，甘潤回甜，層次感強
茶湯： 金黃透亮，富有光澤與厚度
🍃 沖泡建議｜Brewing Tips
茶量： 每 150 ml 水約使用 5g 茶葉
水溫： 90°C–95°C
時間： 第一泡 50 秒，之後每泡增加 10–15 秒，可沖泡 6–8 次以上
（建議使用瓷壺或蓋杯，能更好展現層次香氣）
