杉林溪茶區位於南投竹山，海拔1,600至1,800公尺，氣候濕潤多霧、山勢陡峻，孕育出葉質柔嫩、內含物豐富的高山茶。春茶採自一心二葉，輕發酵製成，帶有冷涼系花香與森林氣息，茶湯清雅細膩、層次分明，是高山茶迷喜愛的清爽系代表。

茶量：每150ml水約使用5g茶葉
水溫：90°C–95°C
時間：第一泡50秒，之後每泡增加10–15秒，可沖泡5–7次以上
