你們寄送到哪些國家？| Which countries do you ship to?
我們使用台灣郵政 EMS 寄送全球，包含澳洲、紐西蘭、美國、加拿大、英國、德國、日本、泰國、香港、澳門、中國大陸等。| We ship worldwide via Taiwan Post EMS, including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.
運費怎麼計算？| How is shipping calculated?
國際運費依目的地及重量計算，首公斤約 NT$300–650，每增加 1 公斤加收約 NT$100。全館滿 NT$10,000 免運費。台灣國內運費 NT$80。| International shipping starts from NT$300–650 for the first kg depending on destination, with ~NT$100 per additional kg. Free shipping on orders over NT$10,000. Taiwan domestic shipping is NT$80.

付款方式如下：

使用台灣郵政 EMS 快捷，大部分國際地區約 3–7 個工作天。節慶假日期間可能延誤。| Via Taiwan Post EMS, most international destinations receive orders within 3–7 business days. Delays may occur during public holidays.
