Which countries do you ship to?
We use Taiwan Post EMS for worldwide shipping, including to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China. For other destinations, please contact us.
How is shipping calculated?
International shipping is calculated based on destination and weight, with the first kilogram costing approximately NT$300–650 and each additional kilogram approximately NT$100. Free shipping for orders over NT$10,000. Domestic shipping within Taiwan is NT$80.
Method of payment?
Payment methods are as follows:
・Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
・Paypal (non-Taiwanese account only)
・WeChat Pay / Alipay (mainland China only)
・Taiwan Bank transfer (please inquire by email)
How long will it take to receive it?
Most international destinations take approximately 3–7 business days to arrive using Taiwan Post EMS. There may be delays during holidays.
