🌸 Product Description
Sijichun is a superior tea tree variety native to Taiwan. It can be harvested all year round, and the spring tea is full of fragrance and highly active. The main production area is located in Mingjian, Nantou, which is at a medium-low altitude. During production, it is processed by light fermentation and light roasting to retain the natural floral fragrance and sweet fruit flavor. The tea soup is refreshing and bright, with a mellow and soft taste. It is an excellent choice for daily tea tasting and entry-level high mountain tea.

Amount of tea: About 5g of tea leaves per 150ml of water Water temperature: 90°C–95°C
