Lishan Songgang Tea Area is located in Heping, Taichung, at an altitude of about 1,800 to 2,000 meters. It is surrounded by clouds all year round, and the climate is cool and stable. It is a high-quality production area of Lishan tea. In spring, one heart and two leaves are hand-picked, lightly fermented and lightly roasted. The aroma is elegant with floral and fruity notes, the tea soup is golden and translucent, the taste is soft, and the throat mellowness is deep. It is a rare warm and elegant choice among spring teas.

🍃 Brewing Tips
Amount of tea: About 5g of tea leaves per 150ml of water Water temperature: 90°C–95°C
Time: 50 seconds for the first brew, and 10-15 seconds for each subsequent brew. You can brew 5-7 times or more.
