Dongding Oolong Tea is produced in Dongding Mountain, Lugu Township, Taichung, at an altitude of about 600 to 800 meters. It is the most representative medium-low altitude Oolong tea in Taiwan. One heart and two leaves are picked in spring. After the traditional medium fermentation and roasting process, it has the aroma of ripe fruit and sweet honey. The tea soup is amber and translucent, with a mellow and soft taste. It is a classic tea that many tea lovers must have every day.

Amount of tea: About 5g of tea leaves per 150ml of water Water temperature: 90°C–95°C
